change of majors

I am still behind on getting folks majors changed to psychology (I have also been lax on the minors).

It is my intention to devote time every Friday morning to this task. You are more than welcome to schedule an appointment with me.

Drop/Add

Drop/Add ends at 5pm today… don’t take a chance on getting a WF. I will assign the W or WF based upon your performance… and so will a lot of other faculty.

Of course you guys can’t drop our three classes unless you drop them all, but I wanted to share this info with you anyway.

Today you will see some seats opening up, if you are really wanting to add a class, this is the time.

o register:

1. Go to www.courses.bfwpub.com/psychmod

2. Locate and click on the “Register an Activation Code” link in the “New to PsychPortal? Get Started Here!” box. A separate registration screen will appear in a new window.

3. Enter your Activation Code, your name, and your e-mail address. Your email address will serve as your username for PsychPortal. You must also create a password.
Note: If access to PsychPortal was bundled with a printed textbook, you should find your Activation Code printed on a card accompanying the printed book. Each Activation Code can be used only once, and PsychPortal subscriptions are not transferable. Alternatively, you may have received an activation code from your instructor directly.

4. Follow the steps (through a series of drop-down menus) to locate and select your school and course/instructor. You will be prompted to select your institution’s state or province, your institution, and your course/instructor. Once you have done this, Click on the Next button.
Note: If you can’t find your course, your instructor has not yet registered the course with our system. Check back soon. If your course is within one week of beginning and you still don’t see it listed here, please call 1-800-936-6899.

5. Your e-mail address and password now allow you to access your course site. When you visit PsychPortal for Psychology, Eighth Edition, In Modules in the future, you will not need to enter your Activation Code again.
